The Attendance App Widget provides employees with quick and convenient access to their attendance activities directly from their device’s home screen.

Once the widget is enabled, employees can easily check in and check out without opening the Office Buddy application. The widget also provides real-time visibility of their worked hours and break time, allowing employees to quickly monitor their attendance status throughout the working day.

This feature makes attendance management faster and more convenient, reducing the need to open the app for frequently used attendance actions.

Office Buddy now supports email integration, allowing users to connect their existing email accounts and manage their emails directly from the mobile app. Users can integrate popular email services such as Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Yahoo Mail, and Microsoft 365, as well as custom business email accounts.

Once the email account is connected, users can access and manage their emails directly within Office Buddy, including viewing messages, replying to emails, composing new emails, forwarding messages, and managing their mailbox.

This integration brings email and employee-related activities together in a single mobile application, helping users stay connected and manage their day-to-day communication more efficiently without switching between multiple apps.

Office Buddy now supports seamless integration with Google Calendar, allowing users to access their existing calendar directly from the mobile app. By connecting their Google account, employees can easily view scheduled meetings, planned activities, events, and important tasks in one place.

Users can stay organized by tracking upcoming schedules, managing appointments, and receiving timely notifications and reminders for meetings and events. This integration helps improve productivity by providing quick access to calendar information without switching between multiple applications.

With Google Calendar integration, Office Buddy offers a more connected and efficient work experience, ensuring that employees never miss important schedules or commitments.

Approvals Management

The Approvals feature enables employees to easily submit and manage approval requests directly from the Office Buddy mobile app. Organizations can configure different types of approvals from Odoo, such as Business Trips, Work From Home, Early Leaving, Late Coming, Purchase Request and other approval types based on their requirements.

Configured approval types are automatically made available in the mobile app, allowing employees to submit requests, provide the required details, and conveniently track the status of their requests.

Approvers can also review and manage approval requests directly from the mobile app, making the approval process faster, more convenient, and accessible without requiring users to access Odoo.

Project Task Activity Log

Stay updated with every change made to your project tasks. The new Activity Log lets you view the complete history of a task, including who created it, edited it, updated its status, and added activity notes. All task activities can be viewed directly from both the web and Office Buddy mobile app, providing complete transparency and better project tracking.
