Setup Guide
Welcome to Office Buddy. Follow these steps to integrate our workplace management solution with your Odoo server.
Download Odoo Module
Start by downloading the custom Office Buddy connector designed for Odoo. This module serves as the bridge between your ERP and our workplace tools.
Add to your Server
Upload and extract the ZIP file on your server. Move the module to your Odoo custom addons directory and ensure proper permissions for the Odoo user. Add the custom addons path to addons_path in odoo.conf, then restart the Odoo service.
/opt/odoo/custom_addons/officebuddy_connector/
Python Package Installation
To use this module we need to install a Python package:
pip install httpagentparser
pip install geopy
pip install firebase-admin
pip install websocket-client
Install Modules
Navigate to the Odoo Apps dashboard, update the app list, and install the following technical dependencies:
tis_firebase_fcm
tis_hr_expense
tis_hr_attendance_geolocalize
Success! You're all set.
Your Odoo instance is now connected. The final step is to download the mobile application for your team.
